Challenge – Real Estate agents wanted to know how they performed compared relative to other agencies throughout New Zealand. The data had to be anonymised, easy to understand for a broad audience and personalsied for each user when they signed in.

Solution – Luma Analytics developed a easy to use Benchmarking Tool in Power BI embedded in the REINZ Stats Portal that is used by over 10,000 agents across New Zealand. The solution has row level security applied, personalising the experience for each user.

Outcomes – The tool has been deployed and is now a key data product offering from REINZ providing member agents with unique and powerful insights into their performance benchmarked against other agents and agencies in the market.

Challenge – SMX provides market leading cloud-based security solutions for a range of clients across Australasia. As part of its unique business proposition SMX was looking for opportunities to leverage its data assets to build engagement and provide value add services to clients and the broader market.

Solution – Luma Analytics were engaged by the SMX team to design interactive infographic style dashboard reporting that provided deep data security tracking, benchmarking and market insights. The tool was built iteratively and tested with customers before being deployed through the SMX customer portal.

Outcomes – The results were engaging and visually compelling dashboards that helped highlight the value of the SMX platform, build awareness of the threat protection provided by SMX and ultimately retain and grow their customer base. 

Challenge – As part of the move to a single ERP platform, Fletcher Building had the opportunity to consolidate and align reporting and performance measurement across the business.

Solution – Luma Analytics engaged the digital@fletchers programme and developed a structured reporting framework with a consistent set of well defined, managed and documented performance metrics. The team also provided foundations for delivery including PowerBI dashboard design standards, wireframes, templates and business requirements and documentation standards. ​

 

Outcomes –Successful organisational alignment on reporting and performance measurement as part of the ongoing rollout of the new ERP platform. The new reporting framework improves performance transparency, aligns KPI’s and enables faster more accurate decisions across the business.
